Whenever a dear loved one dies, the people who are left behind often do not know what to do with themselves. Individuals may want to begin by sending a card to the family. As long as they have chosen something elegant and beautiful, there should be no problems. Cards that have nice little saying on the inside will usually work best. People can add their own signatures if they have a chance.

If people cannot make it to the ceremony, they may want to send a letter from afar.
