A lot of people treasure their pets. They consider them to be an important part of their family. That is why when the animal dies, they may want to have it disposed off properly. You can utilize the services of a pet mortuary, to ensure that the animal gets a proper send off. A number of issues will come in handy when deciding which company to hire.

Find out if the company provides pick up services for the dead animals. The company may pick up the animal from your home or from a veterinary. Some companies have scheduled times for picking up dead animals from certain animal clinics. The company may be available to pick up the animal even at night or during holidays, but you may have to pay a bit more for this.

The method of transportation matters. Ask the company which mode of transportation they will use and if they only transport the animals or any other things. Most animal owners prefer to have the animal wrapped in a cloth, rather than having it dumped into a plastic bag.

Choose the internment method that you are most comfortable with. The animal can either be buried or cremated individually or in mass grave. If you want the ashes of the animal returned to you, opt for individual cremation. If you do not want the ashes back, then mass cremation will be suitable.
